Jhane Allen serves as Operations Manager at Chance 436 Creative Agency, where she oversees day-to-day operations, project coordination, client relations, and vendor management across the agency.

With experience in graphic design, marketing, social media, and vendor coordination, Jhane brings both creative knowledge and operational expertise to her role. She has supported projects across higher education, government, conferences, and events, giving her an understanding of the organization, communication, and attention to detail required to manage projects across a variety of environments.

Since joining Chance 436, Jhane has built strong relationships with the agency’s clients and has become a trusted point of contact for many of the organizations and leaders we serve. She helps manage client requests, coordinate vendors and production needs, organize project timelines, and ensure communication remains consistent throughout the process.

Her understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the agency allows her to help move projects from initial request through final delivery while maintaining the responsive and collaborative client experience that is central to Chance 436.
